Benefits of Sponsorship
The SOCIETY OF HPC PROFESSIONALS is a 501 (c) 6 non-profit
Texas Corporation and sponsorships will be tax-deductible for corporations and
businesses. Sponsor that commit before April 2010 will be considered First Year
Sponsors.
First Year Sponsor levels:
GOLD (FIRST LEVEL) SPONSORS $4,500
SILVER (SECOND LEVEL) SPONSOR $3,500
BRONZE (THIRD LEVEL) SPONSOR $2,500

sponsor.
Term of First Year Sponsorship is effective through April
2011 and will be shown as a sponsor at all SHPC activities during that period.
Sponsor Benefits:
- A professional
quality website will be developed to communicate with the user community.
Sponsors' logos will be included on the website and listed in alphabetical
order within each level of sponsorship.
- Visitors to the
website may click on a sponsor logo and be linked to that sponsor’s website.
- A brief
description of the products/services for each sponsor will be included on the website.
- A screen image
of the Sponsor logos will be generated and projected on the screen during
“non-presentation time” at all SHPCP meetings. The screen image will present
the logos in alphabetical order within each level.
- All Sponsors' logos
will be placed on a poster board in the same format as the screen image and
this poster will be exhibited at the registration table at all SHPCP meetings
- A printable
quarterly newsletter will be produced and a copy of the sponsor logos will be
included in each issue.
- The Society will
schedule Spring and Fall meetings for the entire membership.
- Each Sponsor will
be provided with one exhibit space at the Spring and Fall meetings without
charge. The amount of space will be determined by to numbers of exhibitors and
the total amount of exhibit space that will be available.
- Special Interest Group, Round Table discussion meeting and
Webinars will be scheduled as topics of interest dictate.
- The attendees
will be requested to evaluate all meetings and the results of the evaluation
will be placed on the website for access by all members.
- Sponsors will be
given first-right-of-refusal to be meeting sponsors for society meetings that
take place during their term of sponsorship.
FUNDS GENERATED DURING THE FIRST YEAR WILL BE USED TO:
- Pay the legal
fees necessary to establish the non-profit corporation.
- Retain an
attorney to advise the board concerning legal matters.
- Retain a CPA to
attend to all accounting needs.
- Implement and maintain a professional
website to support the group’s activities.
- Purchase the
supplies needed to administer and promote the society.
- Pay for
promotional activities other than the website.
- Pay for meeting
expenses that may not be covered by a meeting sponsor
